Marketing

In today's real estate world, the internet is our number one focus in marketing your home.  Buyers have more access to property information than ever before, and high quality internet marketing is our top priority!  Keller Williams is proud to partner with the most elite in real estate marketing sites.  We use a variety of internet-focused marketing methods - including blogs, individual property websites, showcased listings on our company website, and a wide array of internet marketing partners.  We believe there are some very specific websites and techniques necessary to best showcase your home. Simply listing your home on the various websites isn't enough!  In addition, we can offer the broad audience of the Keller Williams Intranet!

Web presence aside, it is essential to have more tangible marketing collateral as well.  This comes in the form of 'Just Listed' postcards, high-quality color brochures, and photos that are taken with attention to detail.  Quality home brochures are a tried and true method for home marketing, and we will work with our sellers to ensure that your brochure box is never empty!

Staging

For us, this is a MUST for EVERY listing.  In fact, we think it's so important that we work with a professional staging service (and WE pick up the tab)!

Staging a home is a detailed pre-listing process involving seemingly simple things such as rearranging art work and moving furniture.  However, the main point of staging a home is to ensure that the home appeals to as many buyers as possible and ehances the best features of your home.  Over and over, research shows that staged homes sell faster and for more money than homes that are not.  We work closely with our Sellers to accentuate the best features of a home and eliminate any 'distractors', while making sure your home is still livable during the sales process.

 

Open Houses

Open Houses provide valuable feedback when listings aren't getting traffic - but in general, this is not a marketing method we focus on.  This may come to a surprise to many home Sellers, but we don't consider this an effective way to market your home! What this means for you is that instead of having to vacate your home every weekend, we choose to focus on more effective marketing methods - and we think our clients appreciate that!


Showings

Keller Williams Realty Downtown utilizes Centralized Showing Service, which is a national service focused on client service.  Each property is equipped with a lock box for ease of showings (sellers need not be present!), and we will work with you to present your home in its best possible light for each and every showing.

 In addition, every agent who sets foot in your home will receive follow up from us.  Feedback from showings is an essential tool for both agent and seller, so you can rest assured that this often overlooked task will be given its proper attention.

 

Communication

It is our goal that every client be completely satisfied with our service, and as such, we employ an open-communication policy with every listing.  You will be well informed of activity and feedback on your property, receive timely feedback to any questions you have, and we encourage ongoing Seller meetings when possible.  Communication is the key to effective business relationships, and this is no exception!
